1.) Site Project Lead: Primarily responsible for ensuring that the project work is completed at each site and includes managing the team of volunteers assigned to your project in addition to scoping the site in advance, and working with CityServe leadership to identify the material, equipment, and labor needs.
Estimated time commitment: Up to 8 hours on September 30 and up to 10-15 hours prior to and following CityServe for project scoping, preparation, and wrap-up. Total estimated time commitment: 18-23 hours.
2.) Site Relationship Lead: Primarily responsible for “care and feeding” of both those being served and those who are serving. This includes working with the Site Project Lead to communicate in advance with those being served so they know what to expect on the day of CityServe, being visible and encouraging on the day of service, making sure volunteers stay hydrated, helping to distribute lunch and snacks, and afterward, following up with those served and possibly “connecting” them into RTBC.
Estimated time commitment: Up to 8 hours on September 30 and up to 10-15 hours prior to and following CityServe for building relationships with those being served or who volunteer. Total estimated time commitment: 18-23 hours.
