 Riva Trace believes that children are an important part of our church family. It is our mission to love every child unconditionally and to help them reach their full, Christ-like potential.
Wednesday Night Programs
During the school year Riva Trace offers children the chance to learn and praise God through fun and dynamic evening programs.
Infants to Preschoolers
Free childcare is provided for children while their parent(s)/guardian are attending a Wednesday night Growth Group.
Kidz Breakout
Kindergarten to 5th Grade
Wednesday evenings are a time of biblically based learning and fun designed to help your child realize and grow in their gifts and talents. The evening begins with a time of either games or craft.
After either crafts or games conclude the kids come together for a large group lesson. . During this time it is our goal for every child to learn to make wise choices, that they can trust God no matter what and that they should treat others the way they want to be treated. Each week the children will have a catch phrase to help them remember that weeks lesson. They also have a memory verse each week. The 8-week units are shaped around a different them to help the children learn biblical values through different Bible stories and how to apply it to their life.
After large group the children divide up into small groups. During this time they practice the memory verse and do various activities to reinforce the lesson learned during small group time.
