OARS is a outreach focused ministry that looks to connect people of all ages in the Annapolis area with God and one another through a wide variety of traditional and nontraditional sports and recreation.
 
We accomplish this by providing:

  • safe and fun activities
  • an emphasis on teamwork, character and sportsmanship
