Purpose: To ensure safety and security of the children in KidzCentral program.
Responsibilities: Welcome families and register kids into the room using our computerized registration system. A friendly smile and being comfortable using a computer is all that's needed. Specific training will be provided.

Purpose: Provide a loving, safe environment for infants and preschoolers while their parents attend classes, bible studies and meetings.
Responsibilities: Plan and implement age appropriate activities for children. Play with children. Provide snack for children as necessary.

Purpose: Build relationships with 4th & 5th grade girls in a small group setting to help them learn how to apply a weekly Bible lesson. Purpose: Help kids feel safe, have fun and engage in the classroom activities. Support the lead teacher.
Responsibilities: Prepare snacks. Redirect children so they remain focused. Set up activities.

Purpose: To promote the spiritual growth and transformation of the children of RTBC. To engage in a teaching ministry with children that emphasizes fun, religious identity, community, and learning.
Responsibilities: Teach a Bible story and lead children in various games and crafts.

Purpose: To present bible stories in an engaging, relevant, exciting way to groups of 40-50 students in either K/1st grades, 2nd/3rd grades, 4th/5th grades or K-5th Grades on Wednesday nights.
Responsibilities: Present the days bible story for the first 25 minutes of the class to a large group of students. Prepare from home during the week by reviewing lesson plans and providing any teaching aids/props needed.

Purpose: To serve the families of RTBC by providing a safe, nurturing environment for babies.
Responsibilities: Lead the nursery team members. Ensure the nursery staff follows nursery guidelines. Connect with parents once a week. Care for babies.

Purpose: To provide a safe, loving environment for babies so their parents can relax and attend Sunday school and service.
Responsibilities: Arrive 15 minutes before the start of service to greet and welcome babies and parents as they arrive. Care for babies by playing with them, rocking them, changing diapers and feeding.

Purpose: Provide help preparing for a large event.
Responsibilities:

Purpose: Provide help keeping the toys and rooms clean.
Responsibilities: Come in once a week to clean toys and wipe down surfaces in designated rooms.

Purpose: Help to create a safe, engaging classroom environment for children in preschool classes (2-5 years old).
Responsibilities: Assist the lead preschool teacher with keeping the children safe, focused and engaged in the lesson.

Purpose: Create a safe, nurturing, engaging environment for children ages 2-5 to learn about the bible and grown in their faith. Be the consistent, primary leader of the preschool class.
Responsibilities: Lead the preschool class for the duration of the service hour, presenting the bible story, songs, crafts and activities to engage and stimulate the children. Review the lesson and curriculum for the upcoming week at home prior to Sunday.

Responsibilities: Work the KidzCentral hallway during service hours. Control access to classrooms and children by monitoring parents for pagers and volunteers for badges. Page parents when needed. Help manage medical emergencies. Verify security of doors in wing. Ensure all children are picked up.

Purpose: Serve special needs children that require assistance in being able to fully participate in class activities.
Responsibilities: Serve/work one-on-one with students who need extra help to participate in class activities and stay focused. Ideally serving each week to provide the student consistency but possible to serve every other week. No special skills needed.

Purpose: Help the KidzCentral team by being available to "pinch-hit" on Sunday morning in a variety of classrooms/ages for call-ins (sick teachers) or classrooms that need extra hands. May float in preschool or elementary classes.
Responsibilities: Arrive on schedule week and be flexible to serve where need is greatest. Be able to quickly review a lesson to teach if needed. May float once a month, twice a month or every week.
