Purpose: Men's ministry has a goal to have events that are geared towards the non-Christian. Paintball is a great avenue for this.
Responsibilities: This person would work with Pastor Eric Spiker to learn how to run the church purchased equipment, course and ensure safety and fun. Additionally, this person would either be responsible for an easy Christian message to the those attending an event or coordinate with another for this aspect.

Purpose: Men's Ministry should be the focal point for the church for anything related to the building up of Christian values in men. There should be one location (web, email, phone number) that a person can contact for Men’s Ministry information. This position would feed content into the various 'outlets' such as the web site, email letters. In addition, this position would take inputs from the various other parts of the ministry and coordinate messaging of events, activities, etc..
Responsibilities: In many ways, this would be one of the more important roles of the ministry in that though this person would not be responsible for the initial information to get out to others, they would need to work with other key individuals to produce messaging consistent with the RTBC values, Christian views, etc.

Purpose: To provide email/e-letter communication to men of the church.
Responsibilities: Creates work content into an email format that would go out on a monthly basis. In addition, the content would need to be formatted such that the letter can be easily forwarded to another person from their email account. They would also need to send additional emails around the events that Men's Ministries would be involved with and communicate this with other groups, etc.

Purpose: To plan events that are geared towards the non-Christian.
Responsibilities: Plans and executes a single event such as a Fishing Trip, Hiking Trip, Game Night, etc.

Purpose: To bring men aside other guys to form stronger groups (Christian ties)

1. Mentoring: To help men via mentoring and discipling to one another
2. Accountability: To help men via accountability partners (programs)
3. Small Groups / Bible Study Groups

Responsibilities: This position would work with Men's Ministry lead to create a system to help guys who would like to mentor to younger Christians as well as create a system that would help facilitate accountability amongst male members of the church body.

Purpose: To provide an event that equips men spiritually.
Responsibilities: To provide an event ( speaker, worship, site, food, etc.) that equips men spiritually by building up one another and evaluating our relationship with Jesus Christ.

Purpose: To provide events that are geared towards the non-Christian.
Responsibilities: Coordinate an activity like a quarterly breakfast.

Purpose: To coordinate flow of ideas and messaging between other RTBC ministries, pastoral leadership, elders and Men’s Ministries.
Responsibilities: This position would work more closely with the pastoral leadership, elders and deacons as necessary so that the program (content) development for the Men's Ministry can be consistent with RTBC directions. In addition, the person would coordinate amongst the other ministries to exchange ideas, facilitate communications so that programs can be as much in synch with others as it makes sense.

Purpose: To bring men aside other guys to form stronger groups (Christian ties):

1. Mentoring: To help men via mentoring and discipling to one another
2. Accountability: To help men via accountability partners (programs)
3. Small Groups / Bible Study Groups

Responsibilities: Coordinate with person running Small Groups ministry and infuse into that system a set of small groups that would be Men Centric. Also, coordinate with existing groups to learn about what they are studying, coordinate with folks who would do communications about such resources. This position would facilitate the Small Group ideal as well as the Bible Study group ideal.

Purpose: To bring men aside other guys to form stronger groups (Christian ties)

1. Mentoring: To help men via mentoring and discipling to one another
2. Accountability: To help men via accountability partners (programs)
3. Small Groups / Bible Study Groups

Responsibilities: This person would facilitate a specific small group or Bible Study.

Purpose: Lead men’s website development effort.
Responsibilities: Work with current web hosting individuals to understand what is available on the web site. To keep the content up to date and be willing to explore the possibilities of what can be accomplished on the site with the technologies available.
