Mission Statement:The Outreach Ministry of RTBC is the reaching arm of the Church. This ministry is responsible for contacting and beginning relationships with prospects and visitors in order to point them to Christ and help them integrate with the Church by connecting with different ministries, classes or programs.

Purpose: To serve as a liaison connecting guests with the ministries they are interested in receiving information about.
Responsibilities: The ministry Outreach Leader will contact the guests and prospects that have requested information about MOPS. They will send the requested information and help the guests connect with the ministry.
Purpose: The Ministry Director works with Pastor Gray to oversee and administrate the Outreach Ministry of the Church.
Responsibilities: Weekly Review the Communication Cards and Visitor Center Registration Forms. Assign contact responsibilities to Ministry Outreach Coordinators. Coordinate Home and Evangelism Visitation

Responsibilities: The ministry Outreach Leader will contact the guests and prospects that have requested information about specific ministries. They will send the requested information and help the guests connect with the ministries they are interested.

Responsibilities: The ministry Outreach Leader will contact the guests and prospects that have requested information about the Children's Ministry. They will send the requested information and help the guests connect with the ministry they are interested.
Purpose: To serve as a liaison connecting guests with the Preschool ministry.
Responsibilities: The ministry Outreach Leader will contact the guests and prospects that have requested information about Preschool Ministry. They will send the requested information and help the guests connect with the ministry by answer questions and helping them get connected with teachers etc.
Purpose: To serve as a liaison connecting guests with the Journey Singles Ministry.
Responsibilities: The ministry Outreach Leader will contact the guests and prospects that have requested information about specific ministries. They will send the requested information and help the guests connect with the ministries they are interested.
Purpose: To serve as a liaison connecting guests with the Music and Drama/Worship Ministry.
Responsibilities: The ministry Outreach Leader will contact the guests and prospects that have requested information about Worship Ministry. They will send the requested information and help the guests connect with the ministry.
Purpose: To serve as a liaison connecting guests with the Oars Ministry.
Responsibilities: The ministry Outreach Leader will contact the guests and prospects that have requested information about OARS Ministry. They will send the requested information and help the guests connect with the ministry.
Purpose: To serve as a liaison connecting guests with the Pipeline Ministry
Responsibilities: The ministry Outreach Leader will contact the guests and prospects that have requested information about Pipeline. They will send the requested information and help the guests connect with the ministry.
Purpose: To serve as a liaison connecting guests with the Strong Foundation Adult Classes
Responsibilities: The ministry Outreach Leader will contact the guests and prospects that have requested information about Strong Foundation Adult Classes. They will send the requested information and help the guests connect with the ministry.
Purpose: To serve as a liaison connecting guests with the Vital Link Youth Ministry.
Responsibilities: The ministry Outreach Leader will contact the guests and prospects that have requested information about Vital Link. They will send the requested information and help the guests connect with the Youth Ministry.
Purpose: To serve as a liaison connecting guests with the Women's Ministry
Responsibilities: The ministry Outreach Leader will contact the guests and prospects that have requested information about Women's Ministry. They will send the requested information and help the guests connect with the ministry.
Purpose: To serve as a liaison connecting guests with the Men's Ministry.
Responsibilities: The ministry Outreach Leader will contact the guests and prospects that have requested information about Men's Ministry. They will send the requested information and help the guests connect with the ministry.
Purpose: The purpose of this position is to help compile and coordinate the weekly communication cards, and insure that all the information is accurately entered into the data base for follow-up contacts.
Responsibilities: Weekly collect the communication cards, organize them, enter the data into the data base, follow up on collecting contact information from those calling emailing etc and entering that information into the data base so we can track and minister to those God sends to us.
