Mission Statement:Our mission is to bring people together in a common setting and promote fellowship through unity. Unity within the church is sometimes hard to achieve with the busy schedules we keep, and sometimes taking the opportunity to slow down and enjoy a conversation over a cup of coffee is the key to reviving some of that fellowship.

Purpose: Baristas will learn how to do basic customer service and café duties while glorifying Christ with their actions and words. No knowledge of the industry is needed, as training will be available. All baristas are expected to have an energetic and friendly attitude.
Responsibilities: Baristas should be able to make all drinks, run the cash register and write down orders, service the free coffee bar, clean and stock supplies regularly. Public interaction is key and attitude must convey a welcoming spirit and a heart for fellowship.

No knowledge of the industry is needed, as training will be available. All baristas are expected to have an energetic and friendly attitude. Leads in somewhat stressful situations, giving direction and encouraging the team members by creating a positive environment.
Responsibilities: Team Leadership and encouragement. Being able to lead by example and train others.
