Purpose: To edify & challenge people through the drama arts. To create experiences which cause the viewer to want to learn more about God.
Responsibilities: Act in special events such as the Easter Drive Thru and the Christmas Dessert Theater, and in occasional Sunday morning sketches or videos as needed.
Purpose: To assist the worship pastor with administrative duties.
Responsibilities: Copy charts, copy CD's, catalogue music and CD's, organize files
Purpose: To lead the congregation in worship through singing and engaged worship, and assist them in being prepared for encountering God through His Word and the sermon.
Responsibilities: To be an engaged worshiper both on the platform and in the congregation, attend rehearsals as needed and learn music assigned.
Purpose: To develop and teach sign language motions and creative movement for praise songs to the children ages K - 3rd grade.
Responsibilities: To develop and teach sign language motions and or creative movement for praise songs. Lead the children in worshiping God. Prepare the children for occasional opportunities to lead the congregation in worship on a Sunday morning.
Purpose: Help teach music and words for praise songs to children ages K - 3rd.
Responsibilities: Help teach words and music to praise songs on Wednesday nights to children ages K-3.
Purpose: Run lights for Sunday morning services and special events as needed.
Responsibilities: Attend Sunday morning services from 8:45 am to 12:30 pm to run lights for worship and sermon.
Purpose: To assist the Praiz Craiz leader in teaching worship songs to older elementary aged children.
Responsibilities: Assist Praiz Craiz leader as needed with teaching words, music and choreography to worship songs.
Purpose: Sew costumes for special events and Sunday morning sketches
Responsibilities: Work with costume designer to sew costumes.
Purpose: To run sound for Sunday morning worship services and special events as needed.
Responsibilities: Attend Wednesday rehearsal from 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm and Sunday morning services from 7:30 am to 12:30 pm as scheduled, to run sound for worship team and sermon. Run sound for special events, conferences, weddings, etc.
Purpose: To allow the children's classes to use A/V equipment to enhance the teaching environment.
Responsibilities: Responsible for making sure the A/V equipment in the Children's Wing is functioning properly. Set up A/V equipment for Children's Classrooms.
Purpose: To coordinate activities of tech personnel during Sunday Worship and special events.
Responsibilities: Attend Wednesday rehearsal from 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm and Sunday morning services from 7:45 am to 12:30 pm as scheduled, to coordinate activities of tech personnel. Fill in as necessary to help with tech jobs.
Purpose: Run video for Sunday morning worship and sermons.
Responsibilities: Attend rehearsal on Wednesday nights to import words to songs and other multimedia for Sunday morning worship. Be at church on assigned Sundays to run video program from 7:45 am to 12:30 noon.
Purpose: To lead congregation into a worshipful attitude in preparation for encountering God and hearing His word.
Responsibilities: Worship Team band members must attend weekly Wednesday rehearsals from 6:30 to 8:30 and monthly MLT meetings. They must be available on Sunday mornings from 7:30 am to 12:30 noon. Worship team band members must arrive at rehearsals having learned the music for the week. Band members must be flexible and work as a team with the vocalists and other band members to create a worship experience that will draw the congregation into a place where they are ready to hear the message and meet with God.
Purpose: To lead the congregation into a worshipful attitude in preparation for encountering God and for hearing the message.
Responsibilities: Worship Team vocalists must attend weekly Wednesday rehearsals from 6:30 to 8:30 and monthly MLT meetings. They must be available on Sunday mornings from 7:45 am to 12:30 noon. Vocalists must be flexible and work as a team with the other vocalists and band members to create a worship experience that will draw the congregation into a place where they are ready to hear the message and meet with God.
