The Preschool at Riva Trace believes in fostering child growth and learning in a developmentally appropriate environment. We are a faith-based program dedicated to providing accessible and affordable education in a loving and nurturing setting. Our goal is to assist every child in developing academically, physically, emotionally, socially, and spiritually.

Specialized Programs for Every Age Group 

2 year olds
Meet two days a week from 9:15 a.m. – 12:15 p.m.
Children must be 2 years old.

3 year olds
Meet two days a week from 9:15 a.m. – 12:15 p.m.
Children must be 3 years old by September 1.

4 year olds
Meet on Monday/Wednesday/Friday from 9:15 a.m. – 12:15 p.m.
Children must be 4 years old by September 1.

Pre-Kindergarten
Meet Monday-Friday from 9:15 a.m. – 12:15 p.m. Children entering this class must be entering kindergarten for the next school year or by permission of the director.

Kindergarten
The Kindergarten at Riva Trace builds upon The Preschool’s goals by offering a program that provides an excellent academic foundation for children who will transition to public or private school, while continuing to foster emotion, social, and spiritual growth.

Meet Monday-Friday from 9:15 a.m. – 3:15 p.m.  Children entering these classes must be entering must be 5.

Along with our Abeka curriculum, Language Arts (Phonics, Reading, and Writing), Math (Numbers, Time-Telling, and basic arithmetic), Social Studies (Community, Early History, and Global Awareness), Science (Senses, Weather, Nature), Developmental Skills and Scripture are introduced and explored. These students will be able to experience a Bible-based, school program five days a week.
