If you are looking to form deeper relationships than the weekly, corporate Sunday services allow, consider joining one of our Groups. You will find an atmosphere of community and relationships that allows you to grow spiritually and receive wisdom & support for dealing with life’s everyday problems.
There are three distinct types of groups at RTBC:
Ministry: Building relationships and serving others
Fellowship: Connecting people through common interests
Discipleship: Mentoring spiritual relationship
Our groups meet both on our church campus and in other locations in the community.

Upper Room-Career Group ages 26-30 –Y202-Mark & Krista Westgate & Emily Lynham
Dive into the Book of Acts. All are welcome whether you are just learning how to study the Bible or have been studying for years. We will be using tried and true study techniques as we move through Acts, examining the early church, the role of the Holy Spirit, and Paul’s missionary journeys!
Young Marrieds- A104-Steve & Teri Moscatelli & Richard & Rachel Long
This Bible study group is intentionally built for married adults in their twenties and thirties. We follow a discussion guide building on Pastor Dennis’ weekly message and consider how the Lord seeks to use it for our spiritual growth.
Women’s Study- A103-Sandy Cruise “ Instruments in the Redeemer’s Hands: People in Need of Change Helping People in Need of Change” Author Paul David Tripp.
In many ways, the church today has more consumers than committed participants. God’s plan is that through the faithful ministry of every part, the whole body will grow to maturity in Christ.

MOPS stands for Mothers of Preschoolers, and is designed to support mothers with young children from pregnancy to age six. MOPS provides a place for us to learn to Have More Fun, Fear Less, and Find Our People! We meet the 1st & 3rd Wednesdays, September thru May.

MOMSNext is designed to support mothers with children seven years old through high school. Here you’ll find a friendly and fun place to relax and connect with other mothers. We socialize, encourage each other, and learn from one another how to handle this challenging season in our lives.

The Old Testament Book of Hosea is a small book with a big message! That message helps us to better appreciate the unfathomable love that Jesus extends to each of us, and the radical nature of what He did for all of us on the cross.
Marriage & Family- Y202- Kris & Laura Mathisen
We will be doing a topical study on building strong families from the foundation of strong marriages using Mark Gungor’s material. We will be discussing the importance of family as God designed it, proof that fathers are critically important in raising strong, healthy families, helping women see their value as mothers, and improving communication to build strong marriages.

The Young Adult women’s group (ages 18-25) is a Bible study and fellowship group studying Women of the Old Testament.
Thursday 6:15 pm- Tyler Heights School Ministry-A102 with Carl & Ashley Siegmund
Please join us one Thursday a month August through May, as we minister to the students, families, and teachers at Tyler Heights Elementary School in Annapolis. We fill care packages, hold clothing drives, and much more to support the students and staff.
Thursday 6:30 pm -College/Young Adults age 18-25- with Matthew Hemphill-Off Campus
Our group studies several Book of the Bible, and uses RightNow Media for various video studies.
Thursday 7:00 pm-RTBC Book Club with Martha Fisher-Off Campus
The RTBC Book Club shares the gospel of God’s love through inspirational fiction, non fiction, biographies and novels. All adults are welcome to join us the 2nd Thursday of each month at “Festival at Riva” Panera Bread.
